Carpe Diem GET CORe Program

The Carpe Diem GET CORe  program stands for Group Equipment Training Class Optimizing Repertoire. At Carpe Diem, we have spent years developing and systemizing our business and programs to be the most organized and effective experience for our clientele.  The GET CORe structure has been applied to everything from our front desk systems to our class and individual training programming.  In our Reformer and CoreAlign Class structure the GETS Programming has become even more specific with the GET CORe Program.

The GET CORe Program is the structure that is applied to both the Carpe Diem Reformer and the Carpe Diem CoreAlign Programs.  It consists of a 30-class progressive repertoire that is based on a scientific approach to movement. The GET CORe 30-class progression is broken into three phases. Phase 1 is the foundations phase.  In this phase, we are establishing foudational skills that will allow us to build upon.  Phase 2 is the integration phase.  In the integration phase we are beginning to challenge base of support and 3-dimensional movements associated with the exercises.  Phase 3 is the challenge phase.  In this phase, we are now beginning to take the foundations learned in Phase 1 and the integrating movements developed in Phase 2 by increasing the challenge of the stability and stamina of the exercises. We compare this proess like going to college. The 30-class, 3 phase process is like getting a Bachelors Degree on your body, setting the foundations needed to take on more challenging advances.  Our advanced classes are like getting a Masters Degree on your body.  The foundations that were learned in the "undergraduate" process are necessary to successfully progress, but the learning of new exercises doesn't stop... it just gets deeper and more detailed!  Of course, it also gets more challenging!
