The human body has been the primary curiosity in my life for a long time. It seems from as far back as I can remember that I have been fascinated by athletics and its effects on an individual’s physical and emotional well-being. This thirst for knowledge of our bodies has first led me to attain a B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, and in the future a doctorate in the field of Chiropractic. My ultimate goal is to one day be able to answer any question an individual may have about their body and how to properly care for it.

As a little boy growing up in Michigan, I fell in love with all sports at a very early age for the simplest of reasons, the lessons they taught me about myself. Each practice, game, and competition offered another opportunity to learn life lessons that have served me well throughout. Somewhere along the way I became a sports junkie, becoming a competitive athlete in soccer, basketball, football, baseball, wrestling, track, and bowling for many years. Still today, I enjoy all of those sports and more, as I am rarely able to sit still for more than a few minutes at a time. It is this love of an active lifestyle that I try to instill into each one of my clients on a daily basis. The ability to move and explore our physicality is a gift that must be cultivated to be fully appreciated.

Philosophy:
“A master of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play, his mind and his body, his labor and his leisure, his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he does, leaving others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.”
