Individual Training

The Carpe Diem Individual Pilates Training Program offers services that range from our Transitional Rehabilitation Training to athletic enhancement. 

Carpe Diem follows the philosophy and training approach of Polestar Pilates Education and the standards set forth by the Pilates Method Alliance.  When teaching Pilates, our approach is addressing and implementing the "how and why" of movement, rather than just performing a string of exercises. 

Our process of teaching Pilates always begins with, and will continue to emphasize the fundamentals of movement.  We are addressing and patterning the components of movement that are critical for an effective movement outcome. Through Individual Pilates training at Carpe Diem, you will learn more functional movement patterns that will transfer into all of your day to day activities, whether this includes high level sport performance, walking up a flight of stairs, or moving more functionally and pain free.
