The organization of the Carpe Diem Allegro Program is that of progression. Everyone entering the program starts at the beginning with Allegro I. Because of the progressive nature of the class, each class will build on the last.

The Allegro Program is organized in three “Leveled” classes each with 10 classes that meet twice a week. The “Leveled” part of the Carpe Diem Allegro Program develops the basics of understanding movement using the Pilates repertoire. Once a participant has completed all three levels, there are three more levels of “Advanced” classes.
