Our fitness philosophy is has a common thread to our Pilates and CoreAlign programming in that we are looking to organize and strengthen the core of our body. In the Carpe Diem CoreFitness programming, we are taking the bodies core organization to a higher level by challenging it with by loading the limbs while maintining the core organization. 

This challenge can come in many different ways from body weight, dynamic movements to more traditional resistance training techniques. The Carpe Diem CoreFitness Staff strives to help our clients build healthier bodies through functional and efficient movments. In the process, we work with you to make the physical changes that you want to see, as well as create a psychological and organizational structure to make your routine a lifestyle.
