The Carpe Diem Group Weight Training Class often times progresses
from The Carpe Diem 8-Week Body Change Program or Carpe Diem Individual Personal Training. The Group Weight Training Program
expands on the exercises and program learned to this point, however it now takes place in a class type setting. You will
begin to develop other options in fitness training programming, with
variety in exercises, cardiovascular training and approaches to nutrition.
Through this process, you will develop a full confidence in making your
way around a weight room. Get into shape and have fun with your group
of friends while doing it.
