The Carpe Diem Traditional Fitness Training Staff is comprised of a well-educated and highly versed staff in both fitness and rehabilitation. Our approach to fitness training is that of lifestyle. We are not in the business to make "perfect bodies". We are in the business of making happier and healthier lives. It is often the desire of our clients to change their bodies physically, which we will do. We also are going to create a balance in lifestyle between exercise, nutrition, sleep, family and social realities.

Before our clients make the commitment of Personal Training with Carpe Diem, we sit down to clarify what their goals and desires are with a personal training process. We match this with what our professional opinion is on the direction that should be taken. We also talk about the long-term commitment that is necessary and what approach should be taken from a budgetary standpoint. Once we have completed this step, the program is initiated, tracked, and adjusted. We guide our clients through the process of change.
